DragonFLY is a Portuguese startup that offers workshops and transformational mentoring programs for young people between the ages of 12-24.
Our goal is to empower youth to take ownership of the process of discovering and investing in their unique talents by supporting them with a platform on which they can grow and enlarge their horizons.
To awaken and empower, one child, one youth at a time to believe they can FLY and together create a world of optimum human potential.

Carla is an experienced education advisor and transformational mentor. She has worked as a project coordinator for international programs at the United Nations (Mozambique), Stellenbosch University (South Africa) and for the Community of Portuguese Speaking Countries (CPLP) in Portugal.
